Bianca Navarro (she/her) serves as Vot-ER’s Field Director, overseeing our national organizing work. She is a first-generation Cuban-American based in Palm Beach County, FL. Graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a BA in political science, she previously worked as an organizer for various campaigns and has been serving as a precinct leader in her county for over 5 years. Organizing deep within her local communities and focusing on intersectionality, she has spent her career advocating for equitable and accessible healthcare. When she’s not organizing, she’s usually showing photos to anyone who asks of her dog babies, Marley and Charlie.
