Dakota (he/him) is the Project Manager of the Healthy Democracy Campaign at Vot-ER. He graduated from the University of North Florida with a B.S. in Behavioral Neuroscience and a minor in Mathematics. Aside from helping lead the Healthy Democracy Campaign, he is currently researching stem cell treatments for hearing loss and deafness in the Raphael lab at the University of Michigan. He has become passionate about addressing health disparities after his time serving as an emergency department technician, and his mission is to empower folks who have been impacted by the criminal justice system through healthcare and advocacy.
